Q.What is the advantage of having your own web site?

A.Your web site will bring in numerous new customers and contacts. Your new web site should provide your customers with information about your business and services. It will provide them the information they will need to be well informed about your services before they call your business.

Also a Website is very affordable and in-expensive compared to other advertising media such as Print, TV, Radio, and Outdoor Media. Secondly, customers can view your products and/or services, or learn more about your company.

Q. I already have a website, is it possible to redesign it?

A. Of course yes. One should always consider redesigning their website after a certain period; it
helps to attract more visitors to your site as well as keep interest of existing visitors and come back often. We can redesign or add content to an existing site, and it costs less money than building one from scratch.

Q. Do I need to buy a domain name for my website?

A. Every professional website should have a unique domain name (such as "CNYDESIGN.NET")
that visitors can type into any browser, in order to view your site.

If you do not already have a domain name registered and want to buy one as part of your website
development, we can help. We will assist you in coming up with the most effective domain name for your needs, register it for you, and provide you with hosting on a month-by-month basis.

Domain name registration costs: $7-15.00 annually depending on which registrar you prefer.
Webhosting costs: $5.50 to $25.00 per month or $66 to $300 annually depending on how much bandwidth your site needs.

Q. Can you use my company's existing logo, brochure design, and other materials for my website?

A. Yes, your brochures, logos, photographs, product descriptions, business cards etc. are all recommended
resources to use.

Q. Is there any maintenance required after designing and hosting a web site?

A. Depending on the business, some amount of maintenance would be required. As your business evolves, it may require some things to be added, deleted, or modified. CNY Design offers ongoing maintenance of your website for the life of your website. We extend our client’s an update to their website once per month at a maximum of one hour at no additional fee.

Q.How long does it normally take to build and host a web site?

A. Designing period for website depends on the size and type of the website. Our standard turnaround time for most websites is two to three weeks. However, if you are in a rush, please communicate your timeframe to your project manager and we will do the best to assist you in reaching your deadline. Please note that your prompt response and cooperation is mandatory to complete your project within the promised turnaround time.
